Signature Performance Tiburon LLC, acknowledged my request for 'cease ' communication in a response notice # : - and assured me they would no longer 'harass ' me in regards to the disputed debt. On - - 2015 I received the same formatted letter from Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC dated - - 2015 referencing the same entity - - - claiming a balance of $20.00 dollars. Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC has left me no choice but to provide the Nebraska Attorney General 's Consumer Protection Division documentation of verification that they would no longer contact me or bother me about this issue as documented in CFPB Case Number : -. Due to the response by Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC verifying their promise to leave me alone, I will be able to access monetary damages and pursue legal action against them as I will be able to prove an administrative process related to the case. Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC was sent a 'certified return receipt ' letter in reference to this matter as well. I have the actual receipt and proof of notice. It appears Signature Performance Tiburon, LLC does not believe I will pursue my civil legal rights to peaceful enjoyment of my home and phone.
