Cocentric Recievables has been reporting a negative account that does not belong to me. I sent in a dispute to them and asked them to investigate this, and delete it from my credit file. They never responded. They also never changed the status of this account to in dispute '' with the credit bureaus. This was almost 5 months ago! This is unprofessional and unfair!
