Other (phone, health club, etc.) Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft California

Hi, I am a victim of identity theft. Someone used my personal information and identity for fraudulent gain. I did not create the accounts or gained any services or goods from them. When I became aware I was a victim, I reported it to the police, FTC and credit bureaus ( -, - and - - ). Account Recovery Services is a fraudulent account and is being reported on my credit report. I notified them via certified dispute letter with a copy of my police report, FTC affidavit, identification, current mailing address and explained to them the debt was not mine and a result of identity theft. Account Recovery Service verified the fraudulent account with the credit bureaus and have not removed their reporting of the fraudulent account, ignoring my disputes. The debt is n't mine and is a result of identity theft.
