had a home equity loan with Roundpoint Mortgage servicing corp. got in financial bind tried for over one year to work out something with this co. but was told this loan was due and had to pay all of it $47000.00. WE WERE CURRENT WITH our first mortgage so Roundpoint foreclosed.we would have loved to stay in our home of 16 years as my wife and I are on -. I just think this co.was unfair to us @ this time our country was coming out of a recession.It has been 7 months since roundpoint foreclosed but has not recorded deed to the property. thanks
