USAA Savings Debt collection department,

Credit card False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Arizona

Conituous calls to collect debt that is over card limit? I am current on payments and have NEVER been late for tha past ten years. But they call from Collections '' asking how I can resovle my debt. I ask am I late? Did I miss a payment? The answer is no But '' its over the limit and want to know if i want to make a plan or arrangements to get the amount below the allowed credit limit?
