They had scheduled maintenance on -/-/2015 from -, however, the provided time slot was extended to -. - came, and nothing changed. I received an email at - stating we can utilize the card now, but still can not use the mobile or online services. That was not correct. It is now -/-/2015 - and I have access to nothing! I was supposed to receive my direct deposit today, now I 'm not even sure if I 'll receive it at all, if that is the case, I would be delayed by almost 2 weeks.
