I have a - on my house in - Ca. with KeyBank. It is a fixed rate loan for 6.99 % that I have had for about 8 years. I used it for a swimming pool, block wall etc. I never paid much attention but after check I found that the interest charged varies over $150.00 from month to month. I have tried to contact them numerous times by phone and by their email contact but get no response. Any advice our guidance on this matter would be appreciated.
