Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Texas
Santander Consumer USA- Financed me and my mom as a co signer. I had the car for about a year and got into a car accident, the tow truck driver that tow my car stole my car and took it to a scrap medal place and got $500.00 for the car. He texted me it. Santander knew what was going on because they even had to get their lawyers involved because they could n't get the car back from this tow truck driver. Now They have try to stick me with a repo for something me and my mother had nothing to do with. I am a single mom with - kids and unable to get a car because of this. Santander is very unprofessional.
