I applied for a phone and phone plan in - 2014 with -. While waiting for them to ship me my phone, I found I better service with another provider and signed up with them. When I received my phone, I did not open the package and did not activate the plan. I promptly returned the phone and all contents of the package to a - storefront where they took the phone. I did not use their services at all. I received a phone bill from - for that month, charging me $70.00. I do not owe them $70.00 because I never used their services.
