False statements or representation Attempted to collect wrong amount Nevada

Not sure if I have this marked under the correct section. Here is the issue. I checked my credit score last week and seen this - had put something on my credit report. The issue I have is they reported it 2 times on my credit report which dropped my credit score greatly and now I am having trouble getting credit I needed. I called them and they acknowledged in error they put it on there 2 times it should of been removed immediatly in my opinion
