J.P.Morgan Chase bank, in - -, California, has repeatedly denied me access to my funds deposited in my - - - from Social Security SSI. I have not been able to pay my rent, etc. I am -, elderly and -, having recently left the hospital. I no longer drive, so a trip to the bank is a big deal for me. To be in line, then being served, asking for a cash advance, and having denied '' announced in front of everyone is extremely embarrassing. This has happened repeatedly. The teller told me, the last time, that the problem will not be fixed until -/-/-, she did n't know a date. I do n't know which bank to go to, where I can make a smooth, uncomplicated transaction. I had over $1500.00 on my card, not being able to get funds last month either. The second problem is that - - - - no longer allows a card holder to speak to a representative, to tell them about a problem..
