Wells Fargo Bank Account Or Service Complaint

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low

Wells Fargo Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Georgia

Recently, I needed to make a payment for my teaching course certification fee. I checked my available balance in my Wells Fargo checking account and noted I needed to transfer $9.00 from my savings account to my checkings account to make my payment of $600.00 without going into over draft. After the money was deducted from my account based on the available balance at the time, Wells Fargo charged me an over draft fee. The only reason I can find to explain is, is that the available balance displayed to me online was not accurate at the time of transfer and the currency conversion fee at the time had shown up as deducted but was not actually deducted from the funds actually available to me at the time. I have tried contacting my branch manager about this issue through phone and email several times at an inconvenience as I live - currently and can not physically go into the branch to resolve this issue. Additionally, the automated overdraft protection service took the remaining money from my savings and transferred it to my checking account to compensate for the overdraft ; there still was not enough money to cover the amount over drafted, so I was charged the overdraft fee. Now after being guaranteed I would not be charged monthly service fees on my checking or savings account, Wells Fargo has charged a $ 5 monthly savings account fee. Essentially, both accounts have a negative balance and I have been unable to resolve this issue because of the unresponsive and uncooperative attitude on behalf of the bank manager at Wells Fargo. I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible and have my requests met as I was not in the wrong as a consumer and Wells Fargo has been misleading and refusing to communicate.
