AES/PHEAA Student Loan Complaint

AES/PHEAA Student loan department,

Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Indiana

I attended - University in - -, MI. My first loans were through AES and while I have - other private lenders and - federal lender ( - total ) AES ( American Education Services ) has given me nothing but grief. I am recently unemployed and called them while my account was in good standing to hear my forbearance/deferment options. The person I spoke with told me - of my - accounts could be put on forbearance which would bring my bill to - dollars less a month. I filled out all the paperwork as well as my co-signer and it 's been well over a month with no answer. I have called every week and each time I get a different answer. First it was wait a while longer until it goes through. Now it 's nothing was ever processed b/c you have no forbearance available. So obviously I was told wrong information at the beginning, have been run around in circles, and now I am 2 months late and they are hounding me every day. I have busted my back to work with them and figure this out and this is definitely not the first time I 've had issues with them. They are rude and give me the run around. They are by far the worst loan company I 've ever had the displeasure of working with. Thanks for any help you can offer.
