Discover Card had, at - time, authorization to withdraw payments from my checking account. In - of 2015, I asked them to stop withdrawing their payments from my checking account. They continued to do so. I placed a block on my account so that they could not continue to withdraw funds from my account, and they created dummy '' checks and continue to withdraw money. I changed my bank account information and they somehow found out my new account and withdrew money again,
