Installment loan Problems when you are unable to pay Washington

I obtained a $1000.00 installment loan from Lendgreen. Per my agreement I am to make - installment payments of $300.00 to satisfy the loan effective -/-/2015. Upon checking my account Lendgreen withdrew $380.00 on -/-/2015 causing an overdraft on my account. When I contacted them they stated the - payment would be a little higher due to a certain amount needing to be applied to principle. Lendgreen also advised my loan would not qualify for any alterations to the agreement meaning I would not be able to postpone any future payments. For some reason I am also not able to access my original loan documents. The Lendgreen websijte continues to error out stating my computer is not compatable.
