I pay off my credit card bill every two weeks when I get paid to help improve my credit and make sure that I do n't fall behind in debt that I can not afford. Capital one placed a hold on my available funds for a week because I made more than one payment in a month. They said it was out of protection for me, however, I believe they are abusing their power and punishing me for paying off my bill before interest charges could accrue and compound.
