The company ( Portfolio Recovery Associates , LLC ) is constantly contacting me about my debt I have with them. I 've already spoken with them about the debt and told them I would handle it as soon as I get time. And this was several months ago! I 've also had the same iusses with this particular company in the past. Even after I spoken with them, they keep calling me, sometimes ( - to - ) times a day a week! Also not only have they been calling me from their business here in my own ( state ), but also been having their other companies they have in ( other states ) do so as well! I 've even had to change my phone number because of them. Their promoting unfair pratices, I do n't know if it 's because of the ( money ) or something else. But it 's become a serious issue not only for me but also for my mom, who they are now doing the same thing to. I 've ask them to stop and they wo n't. I 've told them once that I would do this, but i did n't thinking they would change and represent their self as better. The debt I have with them ai n't even over ( $1000.00 ) I think. And I do n't how much my mom 's is, but I know it ai n't that much for them to be contacting us the way they do! And this is why im filing this complaint with you today, Thank You.
