Discover Credit card department,
I entered into an agreement with discovercard several years ago whereby they would waive late fees and cut my interest rate if i got on a regular payment plan. I have been paying them - every month for several years. Earlier this year I was not able to make a payment, subsequently we entered a new arangement whereby I would pay - for a set period of time. Even though I paid the - in -/-/- and -/-/- they said they charged off my account on -/-/2015. I have no access to it online nor will they send me statements. I am supposed to keep paying them and if I have questions call them on the phone. I was under the impression that revolving debt had to be delinquent - consecutive days to be charged off. This is not the case. Please help. Thank you.
