I refinance with a mortage company that promised that insurance and taxes were included in the total monthly payment, however they purposely failed to tell me and my wife that taxes and insurance were only included for the remainder of the year and that we would be responsible for paying taxes and insurance after the first year in addition to our new mouthly mortage payment.
