Conventional fixed mortgage Loan modification,collection,foreclosure Massachusetts

in a letter from Pennymac dated -/-/2015 I was approved for a HAMP - with Principal reduction Trial modification. My - trial pmt was due and paid by -/-/15 my - pmt was made on -/-/15 and my final trial payment was made on -/-/15. I have not received any permanent mod doc 's and no one at pennymac can tell me what the new terms are. Pennymac is in breach of the - month trial agreement. They want meto make more trial pmts which is an unfair and deceptive ploy in order to partially collect on a debt
