I have contacted Wells Fargo several times due to a recent financial setback due to health issues and asked for a forbearance in order to catch up and continue making payments. However, each time they say that I am not eligible because I need to make - full payments first. That is the problem I am unable to make my payments. After trying to get a reduction in payment or forbearance and being denied each time. I had no option but to stop making payments. They are now harassing me daily and asking when I can pay and to speak to there loan resolution department and each time I tell the rep that I have and they ca n't help me.
