Diversified Consultants Inc. has been sending me harassing me w phone calls ( up to - per day ) and letters ( - or more per week ). They claim to be collecting money on a 4 year old - account, but when I called - they said the account closed and that I never owed a debt. I have disputed this with the - credit reporting agencies and they removed the Diversified Consultants claim a month ago. But the company refuses to stop contacting me even though the debt does n't exist. I have requested proof of the debt and they have not provided it ( it does n't exist ) but they still keep contacting me. They refuse to talk to me unless I provide them with my SS # and address, I think this is a scam to steal my identity.
