Capital One has report 30 days late payments on my credit report for the months of -, -, -, -, -, -, -, and - when i was never late in making payments to them. I had auto withdraw from my bank account with this auto loan so after speaking with a customer service rep they stated that they withdrew the money after the due date. I told the rep that, that was not my fault as i had it set up property and due to there mistake i should not be penalized. The customer rep responded with, they would not remove the negative reporting to the credit bureaus. Now i seek for your assistance.
