Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Texas

Information on my credit report was not mine. This information was disputed with all - credit bureaus. Contacted National Recover Agency that owns the debt from The - - on -/-/2015. Explained someone with the same name has information on my credit record.The first representative was rude and hung up on me. Called back and they stated to fax a nature of dispute to them and I did. I could tell from their attitudes this was going to only be resolved by me doing the work. I immediately called original debtor the -. We discussed my information and realized it was not mine. They stated they deleted account and would email National recovery agency. The following day my credit monitoring from transunion stated National recovery verified the debt to remain on report. I called back to find out they recieved the information at - that this was not my account. They still went ahead and verified debt. The attitude was they will remove it when they get to it. The information was verified not mine, with confirmation email. They still have not removed it as of today.
