Medical Improper contact or sharing of info Talked to a third party about my debt Pennsylvania

The company contact my cousin at her home number and left a message stating that the call was in reference to a debt collection. I do not know where they received the phone number. I do not even know her home number ( only her cell phone number ). My cousin called back and they stated they were looking for me regarding debt collection. My cousin is very upset these people are calling her. I called the company and they are collecting a debt and have my cousin 's address. I have been staying there since - 2015. I have never given any - the number for her home ( again I do n't even know the number ). The fact that they called a number that is not listed in my name or even in a name with the same last name, a number I never provided them and left a message they were a debt collector and gave my name to my cousin is a breach of privacy. I have signed no - party authorization and I did not provide the contact number they called. I asked the company to provide the paperwork I complete providing this number to them and they hung up on me. I believe they got the number from an internet search.
