I held/have a Dillards American express credit card that was originally manage through - and was recently switch over to Wells Fargo bank. My account was recently closed due to non-payment, which the last payment I personally made on this account was in - and was informed that the credit protection that I had taken out on this card from its original management - would be making the payments because I was approved for benefits from a claim that I had been filed that was never honored. I spoken to - executives over a wells fargo bank ; - -, and - - who have yet to get back to me and also I have left numerous messages. At this point I 'm ready to take legal action on both companies ... .. This is my new credit card number - and this here is my old credit card number in which the credit protection has on file - and this is the card number the new claim is approved on
