Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Washington

They called a few times already. But leave no message or whatever. I do not know who they are but I did - there number. It could be from when - - is paying - dollars of bad debt practices to consumers so my other debts might have been paid to them. But nothing in my mail or anythingelse except there phone calls but not leaving messages is harrassment anyways.
