I went through a foreclosure with WellsFargo, that ended on - -, 2010. Since then I have requested the paperwork in regards to the foreclosure on a few occasions. Most recently I requested the file on - -, 2010. WellsFargo is still unable to provide this documentation for proof. Also, the bigger issue is that the foreclosure is reported incorrectly on my credit report. It does not show the date of the foreclosure, which I was able to confirm with the Veterans Administration ( VA ) Regional Office -. The VA confirmed they payed $44000.00 in guarantee on - -, 2010. This needs to be corrected.
