I applied for the - from Capitol based on the mailer I got which mentioned $1000.00 in bonus earnings on $1000.00 in purchases within 90 days of card opening. I 've made the purchases, but do n't see the bonus earnings. I 've called up Capitol One and the redemption center multiple times and have been getting the run around, and that they are n't aware of any such offer. I also faxed them the mailer, but have had issues getting proper responses from Capitol One.
