Capital One Credit card department,
I have credit cards with Capitol One. I pay my payments sometimes on the day they are due. Often when I pay the payments on the agreed upon date, I STILL get changed a late fee due to me being on Pacific Standard Time and they being on Eastern Standard Time. I was told by Capitol One when I complained, '' Well we actually changed the time from - EST to - EST because we were getting so many complaints. '' HOW can they charge people a late fee when the payment is made before - on the date it is due? This to me is extortion and should be illegal. If you run a national company you should be adapted to ALL the time zones..not the one your company happens to be headquartered in.
