Diversified placed a - bill on my credit reports with -, - and - without first sending me a California - FDCPA mandated dunning letter. California State law provides for written notice 30 days PRIOR to reporting to the previously mentioned credit reporting agencies. I have not had an opportunity to even see if the debt is valid. They never even sent me documentation. I disputed the item with the credit reporting agencies but they simply verified ''. Diversified violated California State Law.
