Received a loan I didn't apply for Missouri

On -/-/15 I noticed an unauthorized deposit in my checking account in the amount of $800.00 from Kickstand Lending. I never heard of Kickstand lending, I have not applied for a payday loan, I did not sign any loan documents either with a wet signature or electronic signature and I certainly did n't give them authorization to access my checking account. My bank is disputing the deposit at this time. I also just checked my credit report and a company by the name of - - - at - - - - requested my credit history on -/-/2015 on behalf of Kickstand Lending. I did n't authorize this either. I googled Kickstand Lending and found an email address for them ... wrote them about the situation and they said the loan was requested on -/-/2015 from an IP address of - ... when I traced this address, it 's in - ... I 'm in - and have n't traveled anywhere outside the region in the last five years.
