Can't stop charges to bank account South Carolina

Hello my name is - -, from - - SC. I had to get a payday loan from Cashnetusa. They was taking $120.00 out of my account every 2 weeks. I called them at - -/-/2015 to explain to them i lost my job. I asked them if they would lower the payments. They said no, they were still going to take the money. I told them i lost my job, that i wanted to speak to the manager, the girl would n't put the manager on phone, and she hung up on me. I am in desperate need of help. I feel like my rights have been violated.
