I applied for and received a - - CHASE card recently. Yesterday I opened the envelope that held my new card. I then called to activate it and was told that someone made a charge on my card a couple of weeks ago. They told me that they would cancel the card I was holding and send a new card with a new number. I am appalled! How can someone find my credit card information before I 've even opened the envelope and activated the card? This is obviously an issue with - - CHASE. My information leaked out on their end and I am afraid to do business with them. How is it possible that my card was hacked before I even opened, activated or used the card?
