Around the the first of - i discovered that - of my accounts with NETSPEND had been compromised. during the a job almost - dollars been charged spend out over - transactions, I offcourse disputed the transactions and was told they would investigate and in 10 business days if the disputes were not resolved they would provide a provisional credit until the investigation was completed. last week week i called to ask if any addition information would be needed and asked if i should file a police report. i was told nothing else was needed and i would credited back the funds on the - well to make a long story short netspend just closed my account said that - charges from - different venders were all validated and i could could do nothing. AND WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A REASONNETSPEND REALLY LOOKS OUT FOR THERE CUSTOMERS. I HAVE BEEN THEIR CUSTOMER FOR 3 YRS. I USED THERE SERVICES TO PURCHASE MY MATERIALS AND PAY BILLS BECAUSE I FELT IT WAS SAFER BECAUSE IVE HAD MY BANK ACCOUNT INFO STOLEN BEFORE. BUT I WAS JUST TREATED LIKE COMPLETE TRASH.
