I received a letter on - -, 2015 from Jefferson Capital dated - -, 2015 ( attached ). On - -, 2015 I mailed a certified letter ( attached ) via USPS certified mail ( attached- received - -, 2015 ) disputing the validity of this debt and requesting validation as I do not agree I owe this debt. My requests are very clear and very legal. Jefferson has failed to provide me ANY documentation like requested in my certified letter ( which we have proof they received within the 30-day notice ) yet have tarnished my credit by falsely reporting this information to the credit bureaus. Because they have violated by rights by improper reporting/ defamation and disregard to my right of validation and dispute, I am requesting immediate removal of this item from my credit reports.
