I had a charge off with - - -, that was the Date of First Delinquency. According to the FCRA the account will be deleted after seven years from DOFD. I have credit reports ( attached ) showing the DOFD as - -. My reports always showed the account schedule to fall off - -, which would be correct reporting. As of this - the account remained so I disputed it with -, - and -. - and - deleted the account per proper reporting information. - responded to - that the new date for this account to be removed is - -, which is very incorrect.
