Santander Consumer USA somehow put my loan on auto pay when I have been paying by check since opening account. They withdrew an extra $320.00 from my bank account in - and - of this year, causing $140.00 in overdraft fees. I have been trying to get all my money back for month and everyone I call, they have excuse or need more information. They now owe me $460.00 as s month has passed so another payment became due. They have embarrassed me at bank as I do not normally go in hole and I have n't been able to pay other bills and killing my credit! I work - jobs and NEED MY MONEY BACK!
