I owed a balance to USAA. I filed for bankruptcy and included the balances, even though I paid them off after the bankruptcy was discharged. They put on the - - list and i have not been able to open a checking account because of them black listing me. I have paid everything owed to them even though I was not responsible for paying them back since they were discharged, They said that they will keep me on there since I filed for chapter - for 7 years.
