I received - notification by Diversified Consultants Inc in - 2015 ; I had 30 days to make arrangements per law or the debt will be reported on my credit report. I went online and made my first installment within 30 days ; company accepted terms, collected first payment and the company still falsely reported to the credit reporting agencies as unpaid amount ( which is not trueO and I continue to make no attempts to pay the debt. This has caused undue hardship to my credit score and is in violation of the consumer credit laws.
