I submitted a complaint through CFPB, Case number : -. Key Bank was willing to work with me to activate my account and remove it from charged off '' status. I made the payments as outlined by Key and my account was returned to - - to handle my account where I have made payments the past two months and I am up to date. I am still receiving late payment notices from - -, the collection agency. I received a late payment notice from - on - -, 2015. I reached out to - Key Bank, the contact that I was given should I need any assistance at Key and I have left several voicemails to call me back and help get this resolved and I have yet to hear back. I stated in my last voicemail on Saturday - -, 2015 that if I did not hear back from her by - -, 2015 I would file another complaint because that seems to be the only way this company will work with me.
