THEY HAVE VIOLATED MY RIGHTS TO VALIDATE OR DISPUTE THIS ISSUE AND WHEN I SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT, -, HE SAID THEY WERE MAILING IT TO MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS WHICH IS UNTRUE, BECAUSE MY MAILS FORWARDED TO THIS ADDRESS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER WITH THIS COMPANY WHICH THERE REP GAVE ME IS -
