In - I borrowed - grand from a pvt.lender in - -. I came ou with - grand.I had to pay child support arrears. in - I married and my husband and I were calling loans for his truck as security.citifinancial of - - said come over neither - of us had a job. He was looking to go to - which eventually he did. In the process of the loan for the truck title we spoke to - - about my deed for my free and clear property which I owned. They said they would pay off the balance of - - and add it then eventually gave the truck title back. Now the man I married took all the money and left - to -. I told CitiFinancial he left and still I struggled for 8 yrs paying it. they never contacted my husband who was the primary borrower me second but it was my deed. I tried modifying - for the short time of three months. then the interest went way up the payments were really high again. I kept falling off course. My daughter let them take on a few occasions a payment out of her


office sent papers. my debt after 9 yrs is almost - when it was maybe - at the beginning. I have - sons - and - my - yr old mother we are in foreclosure, They never contacted me for auction or tried to wait for me to get the settlement offer of - these people are under predatory lending and work with citi the red umbrella and are not under Citibank . They are misrepresenting the lending status as a mortgage my house was mine they did not loan me the money to buy it. they paid a realtor to come to my house and leave by - - -. I need help
