Unable to get credit report/credit score Problem getting my free annual report Pennsylvania

On -/-/15 at approximated - ET, I attempted to receive my free annual credit report from TransUnion via -. After accessing TransUnion 's site and verifying my identity, I was presented with a copy of my current credit report. I immediately clicked on the link to save a copy of my report as a PDF and was redirected to a page notifying me of an error. When I attempted to return to my report via the back button, I was told that the information was no longer available, and I was redirected back to -. I then tried to re-access my TransUnion through -, but was told that I was inelgible to do so since I had already accessed '' my annual report. Clearly my access and ability to view and confirm the validity of the report was extremely limited based on an error with TransUnion 's site or backend systems, and I feel that I have not truly been provided with a report in accordance with FCRA.
