I was living in a apartment complex - in - - -/-/-/-/-/-. I have never been delinquent on rent. I gained what i feel was a great relationship with the management team and worked very closely to a worker by the name of -. Due to my mother having - - and becoming sickly I ended up having to move back to - in a emergency. I spoke to - and a few others that worked there about my personal information whereas an agreement came about to me being able to leave a bit earlier due to my situation. They informed me that the best they can do was for me to write a letter giving my 30 day notice so they can put the apartment back on the market preventing them from losing revenue and I can leave after the 30th day. In between time I was not aware that new management was taking over. Workers changed etc. When I spoke to the new workers they made it seem like everything was okay. I am trying very hard to fight what is right. If you look at my rental history I have never owed anyone and not pay them.


even allowed me to leave because I have done good by them. Now they are saying I owe - dollars for an apartment that cost - a month. I left in -/-/- and my lease was up in -/-/-. This is incorrect, very incorrect and I have no idea where these numbers are coming from. I feel like I am being scammed and the credit bureaus wont do a thorough investigation. They need to contact management who was there when I resided there in hopes that they remember my case to assist me with these fraudulent charges. I work very hard for my money and would take them to court before I let someone be so immoral just to take money from me that i rightfully do n't owe. I do n't mind paying any debt I have back as you can see. Please assist me with this situation. I also have witnesses from other tenants who lived by and knew my situations and the outcome of how they helped me. I am not sure if it was against their policy but because I gained such a good relationship with them, they worked with me. - and - has assisted with my complaint and concluded the account as being closed or Paid, but - wont take the necessary steps to see that I am correct. Please Help!!
