I received a letter and multiple collection agency calls from a company who listed themselves as - -, - - -. - -, - - - -, - - indicating website contact as - '' This letter was a response by a company listed as - - - - - - - - -, - - - '' This company listed as - - - , as indicated above contacted me - multiple times over the phone, pushing me to consolidate my


and interest fees I do not owe. The initial representative continued to push escalating her tone of voice claiming, - -, - was hired by the Department of Education and this ( to consolidate and work with - - , - ) was my only way out of this situation and that documents could be immediately e-mailed to me and I should just sign the contracts and provide my bank account information so that small payments could be made if they found I qualified for a rehabilitation repayment plan ''. and if i did n't respond and sign and scan these contracts with this information to this company - - , - then garnishment of wages or civil judgement could be filed against me and the status of default would continue to be aggressively collected ''. I pulled my credit report, I paid for documents from -, I contacted - the legitimate United States Department of Education student loan servicer. - sent me the history of my status history of NEVER DEFAULTING ON ANY FEDERAL OR OTHER LOANS. I contacted the company via certified United States Postal Service and under federal mandates requested the information that was sold to - -, - A letter was sent to me with the above referenced information i listed of the company of - '' - - - '', and I looked further into these companies following protocol to protect my self by reading through sites like this and filing complaints with the FTC . This information about me and the violation of collection, reporting, and representation that has caused undue financial hardship I traced to a school named - - - College in -. I was moved to - as a -, why is this pertinent, because the - - - -, along with - - and - - teamed with a company called - who is currently in the process of restoring me from identity theft, which may have resulted in the - breach or an individual who was convicted of Grand Theft Auto after stealing my car and has multiple variations of her mother 's address which is listed on the -page court records I have in possession and the street address I lived on so this criminal ( named - - was convicted ) has stolen my identity, not only with criminal traffic violations after the fact but also student loans and refunds showing on NSLDS that is reporting and has been reported false information causing me undue financial hardship. The - - - - degree verification dates of attendance -/-/- - -/-/- ( I completed my Degree of - -/-/- ). I have never defaulted on any loans. I have Notice of Loan Guarantee and Disclosure Statements '' that show - loans information sheets that match the correct dates reported by The - - - -. - - -,. -, - - funds '' claim I owe $16000.00. This is false. Documentation I have proves I owe $9600.00.
