FMA Alliance, Ltd. Credit card department,
Credit card protection / Debt protection Texas
This references a call I received today form FMA Alliance at -. There was an approximate $500.00 balance on a card for - - - that they requested I pay. I explained to the representative, - - -, that I became ill in 2012 - and I contacted - - - in writing regarding an added service to my card that would pay on when I was unable to work. - - - claimed that I had no such service added to my account, but they lead me to believe that I did have such a service. I believe that I was mislead by - - - as it relates to my credit card and the account should be set as paid, and closed as a result of such misleading. FMA - need to remove an collection statuses from my credit immediately.
