Portfolio Recovery located in - Virginia has been constantly calling everyday at various times for a debt that no longer belongs to me. The debt was placed on my credit reports 10 years ago, and by law has been removed from my credit reports. Portfolio Recovery has been trying to collect a debt that is basically 10 years old. I have asked them to stop calling and mailing correspondences to my address, but they ignore me.
