Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Wisconsin

We got a voicemail from Capital Management Services '' phone number - at - this morning -/-/15 asking us to call -. The woman leaving the message said this is a debt collector. '' Which, I understand, is a violation of FTC debt collection laws. In addition, we have no outstanding debt that would have gone to a debt collector! I would like this scammer stopped.
