Disputed original claim for acct. - with a certified letter within 30days of receiving Capital Accounts LLC demand letter -/-/2015 for $210.00. I asked for validation and never got it. I have my letter and documents of proof certified, signed for that I sent -/-/2015 and a Capital Account 's representative signed for -/-/2015. I do not owe this debt. Even if they proved I did '', I should have still be given a response and not been sent to all the credit bureaus within 5 days. I want the account deleted off my credit until they legally respond to my validation letter. Give me a chance to respond without sending it to the credit bureaus, the whole point is to take my money is n't it. They are in violation FDCPA by not responding to my valid letter sent within the 30days of their claim. I would like to resolve but they need to follow FDCPA guild lines and regulations.
